Up until recently, the only way to be attuned to Reiki was to attend a class run by an existing Reiki Master. Unfortunately many people could not afford the time it needed and the money to do it.
Now, thanks to Reiki Master Judith Conroy, it is possible to make a Reiki Self Attunement.
Personally I was attuned to the first Reiki level in Italy, in 1996 (Osho New Reiki), and even though becoming a Reiki Master was one of my dreams, I didn’t accomplish this dream for many years. This is because of lack of time as well as having other spiritual and personal growth programs to attend, such as NLP, Anthony Robbins, etc.
I had also moved to Sweden, and here to become a Reiki Master is even more expensive than in Italy. Besides I was told by the Reiki Masters that I contacted, that because I had not been attuned to the same kind of Reiki, I had to start from level one again. It didn't make any sense to me. Has Reiki a brand? I didn't feel in tune with that kind of approach, it was too commercial to me.
You cannot imagine how happy I became when I discovered that I could attune myself to Reiki and…it very much made sense to me.
Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, actually attuned himself to Reiki when he was on Mount Kurama, nobody attuned him!
Usui experienced a sudden flash of deep understanding, a Satori, about how a particular aspect of the vital life force energy already flowing within him could easily be accessed and used for healing.
So, when almost every Reiki Master and training school on the planet is telling you Reiki can't or shouldn't be done quickly or inexpensively, I had the gift to meet Judith Conroy, that created an easy way to attune other people, believing that the world needs more and more Reiki Masters.
I completely share her vision. The more people that become attuned to Reiki, the more the consciousness and awareness on our planet is going to raise. The world will change when people will change their inner world.

Reiki is already inside of you
As Usui discovered the energy himself, the energy of Reiki is flowing within you right now too.
It is not something that has to be transferred to you by a Reiki Master during a Reiki attunement ceremony, Reiki is already inside of you.
And you do not have to take three separate levels of Reiki either.
Attuning yourself to Reiki you are also acknowledging that you are the power in your life, and this is the first step to absolute mastery of everything.
I attuned myself to Chikara-Reiki-Do Master, following the instruction in the video by Reiki Master Judith Conroy, through the medium of water. In fact, water stores and transmits information.
My Reiki Self Attunement has been a very important step on my spiritual path and the ceremony that I created, was full of Love and Harmony. After I did my Reiki Self Attunement ceremony, Judith Conroy sent me the nice certificate that you see at the right side of the page. I was also invited to be a part of a community of Reiki Masters, to exchange our own experience.

Here below the list of the Usui Reiki Symbols revealed. I personally feel the Power symbol very strongly and I use it at every occasion, when I wish to empower something or a situation, such as to protect my home or give Light to my food.
Another symbol I use and feel very deeply is the Distance Healing Symbol. You can heal other people wherever they are and the feelings to have this power is more then words can never tell.
Power Symbol, the Sacred Name is Cho-Ku-Rei
Mental / Emotional Symbol, the Sacred Name is Sei-He-Ki
Distance Healing Symbol, the Sacred Name is Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen

The Usui Reiki Symbols are what you need to make Reiki a powerful part of your reality.
The Reiki Symbols, haven’t any power, until you give power to them. You empower them with your intention. They were introduced by Usui to make his students to understand the subtle differences between the Power Energy, the Distance Energy, the Mental/Emotional Energy and the Master Energy.
Reiki is an aspect of the Energy of Love, the Energy of God, that we have in our Universe.
