My mission in life is to help to create Emotional Wellness on our planet.

My spiritual name is Beam of Light.

I have created this website to make you aware of an easy and powerful technique called EFT Therapy which, among other spiritual insights, has radically changed my life for the best.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a very effective technique to eliminate pain an suffering in our life and raise our vibrations.

Although I help everybody who asks for my support, being a woman, I am specialized in women issues.

I wish to help to empower the planet, one soul at a time...

I am happy to share the basics of EFT with you, as well as the Law of Attraction, Reiki, Switchwords, and the Hawaiian problem solving process of Ho'oponopono.

I have integrated all these spiritual gifts into my life with wonderful results.

I also know that many on this beautiful planet have faced emotional pain at some point in their lives, with many in emotional pain at this time. I know how it feels.

I call it the dark night of the soul.

Life always gives us new challenges: we lose loved ones, we face economical problems, relationships dissolve, we are betrayed, we get sick with diseases, you name it...

Emotional pain is everywhere, weighing heavy on our hearts.

I believe that in practicing gratitude and forgiveness toward ourselves and others we can transform everything and everyone, healing the world as we heal ourselves.
