The Emotional Scale by Abraham Hicks ~ Ask and It Is Given

Abraham Hicks has come up with a list of emotions that will help you to feel better no matter what you are experiencing right now. You can find the emotion that best expresses your emotional state and then try to find thoughts that make you move up, until you experience Joy, Freedom and Love.
According to Abraham-Hicks, our emotions are indicators of our emotional frequency. They indicate our alignment with Source Energy. The better we feel the more we allow our alignment with things we desire. Every time we think about thoughts that caused us to recognize our true nature we are in alignment with who we really are. This is the state of absolute alignment.
You can consciously move up your emotional state by choosing thoughts that could free you from a difficult moment, for example when you get angry or sad. Having the intentions to find thoughts to feel better, you can move to the Emotional Guidance Scale immediately. You can begin a process of thinking a thought then evaluate whether the new thought gives you feeling of relief from previous state.
You can always consciously move from a thought such as an anger one, to a less resistance one such as frustration, then go up with the Emotional Guidance Scale, then back into your full alignment.
