EFT, Natural Remedy for Hair Loss

I found out that EFT could be a natural remedy for hair loss.

I began losing hair and I would like to share simply how EFT has been effective to stop my hair loss.

I had never lost hair in my life before June 2008, when I was in a period of high stress and I had a broken heart. I realized that I was losing my hair abundantly, but I didn't realize immediately that it was something to be concerned about.

I was also very busy doing many different projects at the time and wasn’t concerned for this issue, which I believed to be temporary. I kept myself busy to help me deal with my broken heart.

But at a certain point, I realized that there was a need to be concerned. Looking in the mirror, I realized that I had practically lost almost half of the volume of my hair, and my head was also burning and itching. Sometimes the burning was so high as a 10 in a scale from 1 to 10, and I even had difficulty concentrating. Until that moment I had not realized the gravity of the situation.

I became very concerned about this issue and I began to look around for a natural remedy for hair loss.

Honestly, I had not directly thought of EFT as natural remedy for hair loss, but I remembered that we could try EFT on everything.

Why not as natural remedy for hair loss?

Beginning to tap EFT, I tried to stop the hair loss and the terrible burning of my head addressing the issue on a physical level. At that time, I felt like I had a fire burning on my scalp.

I achieved success every time to lower the intensity to a 2, in a scale from 1 to 10, already a great result, but I could not arrive to the zero. And I wondered why. After some hours, the burning was raising again, especially when I was working a lot at the computer. Now I had really to find the core issue behind this problem, or I was risking becoming bald.

I have always had beautiful long hair, and I would have never imagined that this issue would have affected me.

Suddenly I got the insight, that losing my hair was a message from my higher self, because it was the only way to make me to care more about myself. I am a very caring person and so I am used to putting myself after other people and things that I have to do. Now I could not ignore myself anymore...or I would become bald.

I began to tap EFT around all the issues that made me to forget myself for other people or other things. I tapped probably for about one hour.

When I began to tap, the burning in my head was a 10 and I was losing more and more hair each day that passed. Now I was really worried about this issue. My hair were everywhere around me, it was very uncomfortable to see that. I felt that the anxiety for the fear to become bald was aggravating the situation. I began to tap addressing my fears surrounding the loss of all my hair.

After some rounds of tapping about all I could think about this issue, the burning and itching in my head stopped. Finally it was to a zero! At that point, I knew that also the loss of my hair had stopped! I could feel it so strongly! I had felt so weak seeing hair just fall, and now I felt directly empowered!

Think that I had experienced the loss of half the volume of my hair in just 3-4 months, and it was only getting worse.

Looking back, it looks difficult even to me to believe that this is true, that I could stop a tenacious problem that affects many people just with some EFT Tapping. This is called the Apex Effect, when you cannot even believe by yourself that you had a problem before! It means that you are really healed.
