Having An Attitude of Gratitude to heal

after a relationship with a sociopath

Having an attitude of Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations on our planet. The energy of gratitude opens your heart and your life changes when you begin to feel grateful for all around you.

EFT, Ho'oponopono and having an attitude of Gratitude have healed my life. Being a very empathetic person, there are no words to express the emotional pain that I have experienced because of the negative events that I had to face at that time.

If this has happened to you, remember that a relationship is never a failure; it always gives you new insights and spiritual growth.

A Buddhist proverb tells: “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” It may be difficult to understand this at once, but a person affected by sociopathy could be a great teacher in your life, showing you a new path of spiritual growth. Even a relationship with a sociopath can turn into something very positive in your life.

Having an attitude of Gratitude is the most powerful tool in our lives. Gratitude raises our vibrations and is the key to happiness.

After the suffering related to my story, I found the way to be grateful for all that has happened to me. This is a new way to look into life. My personal story has helped me to discover the Gift of Gratitude that honestly I didn't know at a very deep level.

Every challenge you face, even a traumatic relationship with a sociopath, serves to a higher purpose in your life. When we see that our life can be joyful and peaceful no matter what has happened to us, we can feel a sense of wholeness and fulfillment.

Personally I am grateful for the wonderful moments I have experienced from my story, and I am also grateful for all the darkness I had to go through. Without it, I would not have become the person that I am today, and I would not be able to help others as I can do now. All that happened had a great purpose.

Having an attitude of Gratitude to heal from a relationship with a sociopath

For having an Attitude of Gratitude, you may have a Gratitude Journal where you can write about all the things and people you are grateful for. This is very helpful.

Start your day with gratitude. I know well that in our worst moments it is very difficult to be grateful. But, look deeper and you will always find something to be grateful for, no matter how bad your situation may be.

I placed a Gratitude Rock with the word “thanks” on the washbasin in my bathroom, in order to see the word “thanks” directly when I am washing my face in the morning. Do you remember the Rock of Gratitude in The Secretmovie?

You can also take a Gratitude Walk every day and express all you have to be grateful for, while you are walking in nature. Nature is a powerful healer too.

You can do EFT tapping by adding Gratitude to the Set Up:

For example:

“Even though I have been in a relationship with a sociopath, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, and I am in gratitude for all the good moments and the spiritual growth and new opportunities that these events are bringing to me.”

"Even though I have been in a relationship with a sociopath, I am grateful to be healthy, beautiful and alive."

Always remember to use the Set-Up phrases that speak to your soul.

My EFT work is based on my own experience and extraordinary results, and it is conducted independently from Gary Craig, EFT founder.
