EFT can be a Natural Cure for Tinnitus
Several years ago, I was looking desperately for a cure for tinnitus. It was a very stressful moment in my life, and I had listened to music at a loud volume in the last several days when I suddenly experienced what seemed like a drill in my right ear and all the sounds around me were distorted. I felt like I was under extreme torture and upon visiting an ear doctor, I discovered that the name of this imbalance was "tinnitus" and that there was nothing that could really work to lower the sharp drill like sounds that would give me relief. Because of my personal experience, I know how terrible it is to have tinnitus. I didn't know EFT at that time, it was in 1998. Over the following years, the noise in my inner ears lowered and I also probably became more used to it. I also know that I have to pay attention to getting overwhelmed. I never listen to music as loud as I once did as I am now very aware of the damages that this can cause. Suddenly, two years ago I got some circumstances that disturbed me again and I tapped directly EFT on the emotional issues that I had at that time.
