I am a Raw Food Vegan. I became vegetarian in 1982 and a vegan in 2002, after attending The Unleash The Power Within with Anthony Robbins. A day of the seminair was about health and I became very aware of the negative effects that a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet had on my health, the animals and the environment. My attachment to cheese, that I adored, stopped directly. I changed the positive association that I had in my brain.
Now that I am an EFT Practitioner, I have been thinking that EFT could help people into becoming vegan and live a Vegan Life Style. EFT is very effective and we can try it on everything.
If you are not a vegetarian, I suggest that you become a vegan gradually. Begin with tapping EFT about meat to become a vegetarian. When you will feel that it is the right time for you, you can make the further step of becoming a vegan.
"Even though I believe that it is difficult to change my diet, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though I believe that I cannot live without meat, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though I believe that I cannot live without cheese, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though I believe that I cannot live without eggs, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though I like fast food, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, and I choose a healthier diet".
"Even though I believe that to eat only vegetables is boring, I choose to give it a try".
"Even though eliminating meat I do not know what I shall eat, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though becoming a vegan my friends will think that I am weird, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though my family won't like it, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though my wife/husband won't like it and I am afraid that I'll have to divorce, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
"Even though I am used to eat meat (eggs, cheese), I am open to switch to a vegan life style."
"Even though I have the wish to eat meat NOW, I deeply and completely love and accept myself".
Suggestion: Have you favourite meat meal in front of you. Rate your wish to eat that meat NOW in a scale from 1 to 10. Then begin to tap.
Set Up: "Even though I have so much desire to eat this meat, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."
Reminder Phrase: "So much desire to eat this meat."
Begin to tap EFT on the Energy Points, how many rounds you need, until you arrive to zero intensity. Remember to rate your intensity after every EFT Tapping Round.
At that point (zero), you won't not have any desire to eat that meat. You can repeat this process for every food (cheese, milk, hamburger, eggs, honey, etc) that you wish to eliminate from your diet. Tapping away your desire for meat, milk products and eggs, you will lose your attachment to them. You will also be surprised that the taste changes in your mouth and you are not attracted to this food anymore.
