Tapping EFT for Anger and Depression
Anger and Depression, are both the same. Time ago, when I had to deal with a deep depression for some heavy events in my life, I suddenly remembered a speech by Osho that I had read some years ago. This Osho speech explains that anger and sadness, are both the same and it has been very insightful to me.

I know that EFT can be a good healing for depression (deep sadness). The important is to find the core issues and be persistent. I decided to apply the insights of this Osho speech to my EFT Tapping. I had the feeling of having a hole in my heart, a deep sadness that I could not take away, even if I had tapped EFT on many aspects. Remembering this speech has been very helpful. I decided to look deeper to find my hidden rage for what had happened. I allowed myself to be angry, because wishing always to be a good person, I try to be at peace and I do not want to be angry. I began to tap EFT: "Even though I do not want to be angry, I deeply and completely love and accept myself". "Even though to be angry is not good, I deeply and completely love, accept and forgive myself." "Even though I am a spiritual person and I wish to be at peace, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." Then I continued to tap EFT allowing me to be really angry. Finally I had contacted that hidden part of me that was hurt and angry. "Even though deeply inside myself I am so angry with X for what he did to me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself". Then I took at the surface every details of my anger and for the events, and as a miracle, the hole in my heart was gone after some rounds of EFT! I was not sad, I was not angry. I found Peace. I had neutralized my negative feelings. Anger and depression are both the same, in fact when you are angry, you are not sad. If you are depressed, you may look deeper inside yourself, looking for your hidden rage. Then you may try to tap EFT on every aspect that comes to your awareness, allowing yourself to be really angry. When you are depressed for something, always remember that anger and depression (sadness), are both the same and find a way to neutralize them.
